My experience with South Loop Dental Specialist has been nothing but awesome. The staff is very professional and Kimberly who handles the insurance part of everything is very knowledgeable and patient with her explaining and answering questions. Dr. Ol Guin is amazing at what he does. He explained everything in a way I understood what would be happening from step to step. He answered emails and voicemails in a timely manner. I would 100 percent recommend this location and Dr. Ol Guin as provider.
Dr Flowers was very kind when I met him. However, there was a terrible mistake where the front desk did not inform me that the service they provided wasn’t covered by my insurance. I was shocked to find out I had to pay over $300 for a 3D scan. Who does that? Who proceeds with a scan when it’s not fully insured and without informing the patient?
