This place is amazing, the staff are great and super friendly. The staff make your pet feel comfortable, Dr.Ojala is amazing, answears all your questions, and is allways nice and patient with you... Highly recomend South Loop Animal Hospital. The very best in Chicago.
I can't say enough wonderful things about South Loop Animal Hospital. My 12 year old pug had to have surgery at another hospital and the doctors at SLAH called the hospital everyday for updates and then called me just to see how I was doing! And the support staff is MAGICAL!
I chose to come to this Animal Hospital with my cat Melvin based on their great reviews on google, and we certainly were not disappointed. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and clearly know how to handle animals, even when they're stressed out by a new/weird environment. Dr. Ojala was a pleasure to meet. She performed surgery on Melvin with no issues, and the followup by the staff at South Loop Animal Hospital was very thoughtful. Thank you again so much for taking such great care of my old man cat, Melvin!!
Excellent service. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very thorough doctor and answered all our questions. Confident to sign up our pup's care in this clinic.
