This place rubbed me the wrong way as soon as I walked in and they told me all of their doctors are out for “Friday prayer”. First of all, pray on your own time, attending to your patients should take priority 100% of the time. Secondly, this is a great example of the flaws in our healthcare system. The fact that we have a doctor shortage in the first place is the root issue.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Obviosuly people who don’t have family doctors come here, (me included) but for a place that’s supposed to be an “urgent” care clinic it really doesn’t seem that way. What I don’t get is why they have more staff during the week and less on weekends. There’s two receptionists mon-fri when there’s barely any people, then on the weekend when the place is packed there’s only one. There’s less doctors and nurses on the weekend as well.
