Unfortunately, I was not aware that you could schedule an appointment for a “walk in” clinic. I got up early, showed up a half an hour before open so that I could be first in line, I was second. Then I waited almost 3 hours, the second doctor did not show up and they had to take appointments first. And as they got backed up the longer I had to wait. Honestly, not a fair system. Says open on Sunday, was not open and completely locked up, we were there at 130
I took my daughter here to be seen after possible food poisoning. We weren't seen close to our appointment time. I had to go up and remind them we were still waiting. When we did go in, the nurse was fabulous. But? The doctor? He was condescending, sexist and dismissive. He also got mad when we asked for a doctor's note. He was incredibly unprofessional. I will never return and encourage others to pass as well.
The Doctors are good here. I personally go here when I can't see my family Dr and it's urgent. They have Xray in the same building and is usually same day with no appointment needed. The pharmacy is also super friendly and helpful here as well. A great one stop shop for those who don't want to go to the emergency room. It can get busy as all Walk-in clinics do.
