I had excellent service at the Nissan Dealership on Wonderland Road in London , ON. The staff were very friendly and polite. The oil change was completed within an hour. I would definitely return there again
Really disappointed about the service provided by the service department.We went to get the oil change done in our car.Ai first,they said it will take about 45-50 minutes or maximum one hour.So ,we didn’t even request a ride and decided to stay.We were waiting and waiting for two hours with our child and he was so cranky after an hour .It was so hard to keep him and we went to ask how long it will take after one and half hour.They said it’s all done and will come with the key.Again we had to stay half an hour to get the key ... read more
I am truly disappointed and upset about what happened. I had been in contact for two days, and even called two hours before coming to make sure everything was in order and confirmed. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to find that everything was completely different.
