RecommendedHave lived here for a year and would HIGHLY recommend South Line for anyone looking to live downtown. The complex and apartments are well maintained, cared for, and have great amenities! We have only had to submit one maintenance ticket in the past (an outlet didn’t work) and someone was over to reset the outlet with a special tool within 20 minutes of placing the ticket. I’ve been living here for over a year and a half, and I love it. I’ve met great people and made wonderful friendships through networking events the management office hosts for South Line residents. Katie and Tracey, as well as the maintenance team, make it hard for me to think about living anywhere else. They are exceptional! I lived here for a year and Tracey, Katie and maintenance were wonderful. The apartment was amazing and was in a wonderful location. I would definitely recommend for anyone who want to move to Downtown Memphis.
Very impressed with this complex. Love visiting my son.
