Kendall Sheffield really cares about her patients. I honestly dont know what else to say. From me she gets 5 stars all day long. I dont think I've ever had anyone care as much as she does.
Huge shoutout to Dr. Kendall Sheffield and the team at South Lake Medical Center! I unfortunately passed out after some injections, and they went above and beyond taking care of me during my recovery. From bringing in fans to getting sugar into me and making sure I stayed hydrated, they truly made sure I was okay. I can’t thank Dr. Kendall enough for everything she did for me today, and I’ll definitely continue seeing her
BEWARE - very incompetent office staff. Established care and had a new patient visit. Verified insurance. Went in a month later for a sick visit and told me my insurance is out of network and they wouldn’t charge me for the previous visit.
Dr. Karcsmar is an absolute joke. Had three prescriptions written and sent to Walgreens last week. Went two days later to pick them up, she gave me less than what was needed for one of them. Went to the office the next day, the office manager Angela told me to email a photo of my prescription bottle, which I did an hour later. Sent a follow up email on Friday. No response on either.
