South Lake have treated me very well. I periodically bring my Land Rover in for various check ups. They have been accommodating, and once I had my brakes changed, and experienced a squeal. They asked me to bring it back in to check it out. The dropped me off when I had to keep my car in, and have been on schedule with all the work. Had my back brakes repaired and after 10 months they were metal to metal. I checked back with South lake and got all the reasons why the could not stand by their work. They need to take that above industry standard warranty crap off their advertising.
Went in for an oil change and had a great experience! Their inspection report provided me with helpful information about other maintenance my car will need.
