Communication is incredible here. All requests and questions are handled well by the office. Office emails AND texts well keeping us in the know. For our location being “downtown” it’s actually quiet. Landscapers keep it well kept and clean. Parking is first come forest serve inside gate but worth it, neighbors know how to park. Really good choice whether student workers or stay at home etc. AND PET FRIENDLY
I really enjoy living at South Junction Apartments! It feels safe and welcoming, the grounds are always well kept, and the dog park is such a nice bonus for my newest little pup. It’s a comfortable place to call home, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great community.
Great place! The complex is clean and well kept. Also great location for young adults.
Been here since 2016 with no major issues. The office is responsive and communicates well with residents. It’s a fun place to live.
I’ve been living over here for about 4 months and i must say it’s nice. The neighborhood is nice and so are the people. The staff is very helpful hands down the best. And maintenance those guys are awesome
