I've attempted to schedule an appointment here several times and they just deny the appointment request with no reason. They don't leave any messages on your phone or in the VA app or elsewhere to tell you why they're just cancelling your appointments. Terrible communication. Poor customer service. One of the huge reasons why ppl hate the VA, and can't ever get help. I would not recommend this location.
As a nursing home administrator in the community, we frequently receive VA patients who have follow-up care at this location. Both from working directly with the VA and hearing from others outside the system, I consistently hear high praise for Dr. Vloka. His name comes up often — with patients and other healthcare providers alike raving about the outstanding outcomes he achieves.
