Trying to get ahold of ANYONE is a joke. Recording is always saying they're handling more than normal calls, bullcrap. Your placed on hold only to be hung up on 8 to 15 minutes into the call. I hate calling this facility
Fantastic healthcare. Way better than any private healthcare I have ever received (within limitations). I still see a primary care doctor outside the VA system for specific purposes that VA does not cover.
