My daughter has seen multiple therapists at SJ Speech Center as we’ve navigated through changing schedules over the past 2 years and our experience has been wonderful. Everyone is very caring, patient and helpful to not only my daughter but me as well. They were phenomenal with getting my daughter evaluated and situated with an AAC device and ensuring my daughter’s progress improved over the years. I am very grateful to the SJ Speech Center team. My daughter saw Toni Ann for a little over 6 months. She was excellent! Not only did she help her excel with her articulation she helped her build confidence. My daughter would be so excited to go to her lessons!
My 3 y/o daughter went here for a few sessions and in my opinion it was completely pointless. They were supposed to be 30 minute sessions which were cut down to 20 the last two times we went due to her speech therapist starting 5 minutes after they were supposed to and ending 5 minutes before. They were “activities” I do with my daughter at home. I was told my daughter needed a 3rd evaluation on the second visit when the therapist barely knew her. This place is a joke. They can't even keep a receptonist to get thier records straight and blame the customer. My daughter came here for over a year with barely any improvement. While Hannah was sweet - the rest of the practice was laughable. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
Took my son here for about a year and he has improved so much from when I first brought him in for speech sessions with Toni Ann! He loves her so much and learned so much in such a short time! We are so happy that he reached all his goals and does not speech sessions any more but also so sad because he LOVED going to speech and even LOVED Toni Ann more! Thank you so much for hearing our concerns and helping our child achieve the best services!
