Had a 5 pm appt -drove an hour to get there and was told there was 1 1/2 hr wait because they were "behind". I had to be fasting. Husband would have to sit in the hot car. Had to cancel. Couldn't get another appt in time so Dr appt postponed for over a month. They said they are NOT allowed to call when they are that late. Totally unprofessional and incompetent and non caring. Went for an U/S a week ago and they couldn't "remember" how to make the CD and sat there an extra 1/2 hr.
