From 2009 through 2014, I had multiple implants installed by Dr. Kazemi of SKY Periodontics. Although a small part of the procedures were covered by insurance, I spent in excess of $30,000 out-of-pocket for this work, including the crowns that were installed by Dr. Cohen of South Jersey Prosthodontics. The majority of them have now failed (i.e., fallen out) and will need to be replaced. I suggest that you go elsewhere.
