Well it seems that Michelle (at the front desk - telephone girl) although not being the Office Mgr. as she proclaimed to be; has some influence on Dr. John Park. The infamous phone call took place at 09:30 hrs on Monday and my mail guy had a CERTIFIED letter on him by Tues. a.m. Wish I could get my other mail delivered so promptly.
