Bad experience today with pickup from doctor’s office for my 92 year old mother. Waited over an hour after being told they would be there in 20 minutes. That was after already waiting 20 minutes before being told that. I will never use them again! Spoke to owner. No resolution.
ONE OF YOUR VAN DRIVERS TAILGATED ME, RODE MY BACK BUMPER UP Rt 130 Virginia Ave through Penn's Grove and as I turned onto my street where I live. I tapped my brakes to get her to BACK OFF my vehicle. SHE LEANED ON HER HORN. AS I TURNED INTO MY DRIVEWAY SHE ROLLED DOWN HER WINDOW TO YELL AT ME IN A THREATENING VOICE. MY BRAKE LIGHTS AND TURN SIGNALS WORK. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING IN MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION IF THAT'S HOW SHE DRIVES AND BEHAVES. You're not doing great. You're not even poor. YOU STINK.
