Wastes your time and $$$$
The customer service member was very helpful getting my account squared away and my gas back on in 24hrs, when the workers came to turn on my gas they upgraded my old meter and regulator also check everything for leaks.
Bad experience
They claimed I used over 38% more gas (on average) in December 2024, despite not having heating for half of the month. When presented with invoices to prove I did not have heating (after they requested them), they claimed the invoices did not matter. I've filed complaints for Mr. Renna (the CEO) and Ms. Casanova (supervisor) - but they refuse to put them on file. So I'm posting publicly in hopes this gets more people to check their usage (not the actual cost - the raw reported usage.)
