Shut off service with no notice. Left a note saying we couldn’t be reached even though we were home. Agent stated they can’t come back out after 12 even though it was shut off after 12. Temperatures will fall below freezing over night with a baby in the house. Disgusting practices. Scum.
Wastes your time and $$$$
The customer service member was very helpful getting my account squared away and my gas back on in 24hrs, when the workers came to turn on my gas they upgraded my old meter and regulator also check everything for leaks.
