This was the only experience I have ever had where I was given an appointment and the appointment time was honored. In addition, I was told I'd be "in and out in 20 minutes," and I was back in my car in 14 minutes. Sure, the process for fixing a chip in a windshield isn't as extensive as a replacement, but think about all of the appointments you've ever had in your life -- whether they were for you or your car -- and then ask yourself: did you ever spend LESS time there than you expected and still get excellent results?
