The worst appointment I went to with my child. She was very condescending, arrogant, obnoxious, impatient and rude. Her and her minion shared the same rude passive aggressive attitude throughout the entire appointment. Not kid friendly zero patience she clearly dislikes kids and shouldn’t be working with any. She makes assumptions without asking any important questions. I was told there’s no possibility of improving my child’s eye sight. Condescending and arrogant. Almost said results of previous test were a " fluke" but caught herself. Doesn't like to be questioned. Had an issue with me. Strong willed but doesn't channel it into good care of patients.
