There was a European American female about 45 - 50 years old the oldest one that sits in the front desk as you walk in, this woman asked me for a patients address, I simply said “I’m not sure if I’ll be able to give that to you.” She then proceeded to ignore me after what I said and I asked a relevant question saying “do you guys have the address?” Which her coworker spoke up and said yes after I repeated my question in a higher tone. Great staff and medical team.
Office staff was nice and this time we got back quickly. Unfortunately Dr Wexler was very impatient with my child. She was great when we saw her when she was an infant/under 2 years old. My daughter is now 3&1/2 and is low speech. They had to dilate her eyes (which they didn’t tell me it was going to be an extra charge) and she stabbed her in the eye with the eye dropper. This relates to their contacts and glasses department. I had previously gotten glasses from them and needed to purchase online this time. The woman who I spoke to was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could ask the questions I needed to.
