If you are someone who has a busy schedule, don’t go here. Every time I have been here I have waiting over an hour to see a doctor. I’m not sure what the point of an appointment time is when they aren’t even close to staying on time. I would not recommend this place, go to somewhere smaller and more personal. I will not be coming back.
Current patient had emergency over the weekend, Dr. Said to come in today, Monday Have been on hold for over 1/2 hour no one answering phone! Horrible service!
Run!! This is the worst practice. No respect for people’s time. They do not care about their patients. If you actually need something or having a problem you will wait on hold for 20-30 minutes, get disconnected, bounced around from voicemail to voicemail and never get anything done. No one will help you. I’m pretty sure the receptionists just hang up on you because they don’t want to help you. Doctors are okay.
I was a patient of Dr Nachbar, then whoever I got. I must say I am moving on. The last time I was there the reception area people are absolutely rude. I don’t often use that word and I thought maybe it was just a bad day. I called there today and these people are just ignorant and unprofessional. It is amazing that an organization like this hires the worst people to answer their phones and do their billing. I won’t be calling or going there again
I have been a patient there for over 30 years! Willingboro , Columbus and Moorestown. About 2 or 3 years ago I had to leave after waiting over 3 hours for dr to see me. Yesterday I was seen by the tech for all eye photos and preliminary work up. I had to wait in waiting area for over an hour and walked back to hallway and asked if they forgot about me.
