$500 for a 30min appointment is way over charged a surprise bill sent to me at the time I opened my eyes on Saturday morning which totally ruined my weekend
Waiting times are atrocious. A Moorestown appointment at the end of the year required a cancellation after we were advised of a 2 hour wait after initial consultation. A Medford afternoon appointment made for the earlier cancellation resulted in the about same. Please stop you double bookings and quotas. You're supposed to be professionals, run your offices like professionals.

The staff is disorganized and they are rude to my son who is trying contacts for the first time. He’s so upset and they made the experience awful. I can’t get anyone on the phone to answer follow up questions. What a horrible experience!
