Two months ago I scheduled an appointment for August 20, 2021 at 2:40 in the English Creek location. When I didn't get a confirmation call I decided to call them only to find out there was no appointment scheduled for me at that time. That's not all. Then I find out they do not take my insurance when they told me two months ago that they did. What kind of dental office does this? Thank God for my good teeth and that it's not an emergency!
