There were 2 people in rooms and 2 in the waiting room ahead of me, at 2.45 or so. I was done and out within an hour, and that included an extra 12 to 15 minutes doing a breathing treatment (bronchitis). The staff worked steadily and professionally, and the PA I saw, Kristine Lopez, was pleasant, professional, and thorough.
Unfortunately did not have a positive experience here. The front desk was lovely but did not feel that I got very good care beyond that point. Went in for severe back pain that seriously affected my functioning and was brushed off for “just having tight muscles” and told that I was too young for any serious back problem. Turns out I have a very large ruptured disc that is severely compressing my nerve roots and thecal sac that I need surgery for in a week. just had to take my grandson there today. in and out in 30 minutes. great friendly staff. Easy location to find..

Today was my first time here, and I was impressed. My primary doctor was unavailable. There was no wait, and the doctor was friendly and professional. It was exactly what I needed until I can get in to see my doctor.
The Doctors are caring and staff is nice. I often wish the Dr could be my primary doctor. This is the urgent care I always go to for my urgent care needs.
Mr Gibson the PA was really nice and seemed like a great practitioner towards his patients. However, the office manager, Jennifer, needs to treat people with much more respect & kindness. This is a healthcare facility. Compassion should come without even thinking.
This place is a dump! The staff is extremely trashy and rude.
