The experience I received at this location was the worst I got compared to many different dealerships. We placed an order for a $80k Armada the way we want it and placed a deposit. As sales mentioned it will only take no more than 4 months to arrive. 7 months later we decided to go check on status at the dealership since we never received 1 single phone call regarding any updates on progress and was told order was never placed. Joshua at the service appointment was amazing. I made an appointment for my daughter's vehicle on 5/09 and made my appointment for 5/10. On 5/9, my daughter's vehicle didnt need the recall, so they worked her in to do an oil change and filter change. During this visit, they discovered an issue with her battery and we made an appointment to fix it later this week. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. I purchased a MAF sensor for my 2019 Nissan Altima from this location and the part was defective. It is electrical with no warranty so it was a loss but this is just to warn everyone.
Christian provided me with excellent service.Truly exceptional service from the parts department.
