I do not recommend it at all.
Great experience getting my oil change and state inspection done. Service advisor Kristiaan Thibodeaux was very helpful and professional. He also let me know about an engine recall I wasn't aware of, which I really appreciated. Honest service and great customer care-I would definitely recommend them.
They are crooks and they will lie for a sale. I’ve been with Nissan for almost a decade. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at any Nissan dealership. I leased a vehicle after getting lied to about mileage usage. I returned the next day because my elderly mother couldn’t get in the low vehicle and was laughed at and told there was nothing they could do about it. Editing my review: one month later (3/7/26) It has been a month since I drove off with my vehicle and they have yet to pay off the vehicle I traded in. I have been in constant contact with them and they have failed to provide any resolutions on where the check is located. Even the general manager, Chris, came down from his office and said he would personally contact me the next morning with an update and I never received one.
