Brought my Leaf in for service under warranty to this location and they gave us the runaround for nearly two months. Sales team started reaching out trying to coax us into trading in or buying a car from them while my vehicle was in their possession for weeks at a time. Guy named Eric on their sales team went as far as to suggest that i stop paying for my vehicle that was in their possession and default on my payments, take on a new loan from them, and let my credit take the hit. Very pleased customer service was great and people friendly
First time coming to get services done on one of my brothers trucks, was greeted very courteously by Josh. I didn’t show up looking my best, but that didn’t change his attitude towards me unlike at other places where they look down on you. Truly happy I decided to come to this specific Nissan location and will continue to do so for future services.
I had a very pleasant experience at this particular dealership. I have been buying vehicles at this location for the past 15 yrs. I highly recommend this store. Very friendly atmosphere.
