Unfortunately not enough time to write it all. To take over a month to replace an a/c compressor in the dead of summer is criminal. To highlight one piece of our experience: compressor arrived on a Thursday(over a month from initial service call mind you). They forgot to order the compressor for two weeks. Shame on me for not calling within the first week. Never heard from SHA til the following Tuesday, hours before they expected to arrive for the install and I was at work an hour away!!!
