Let me tell you something about this office. A couple weeks ago I had a dental emergency. In excruciating pain to the point where I could barely drive. Dr. Davenport and his entire staff dropped EVERYTHING they had going on to address my issue, period. I can not say enough good things about this establishment and the staff. The dental hygienists are great and the overall atmosphere of the office is very welcoming. From a care standpoint, I had no complaints. However, the billing and insurance side is an absolute mess. As you can see from the attached photo, everything was handled correctly up until 12/12/2023, over 2.5 years ago. After that, things completely fell apart. Helped remedy an issue that has been going on 30+ years, relatively painless (considering how much I had done). Good communication with appointment management and reminders. Managed all communications, authorizations and billing with the VA, they are a Veterans community care provider (had to ask for community care to get them). My spouse is now interested in switching from her current provider.
I had by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. I went in extremely nervous due to some pretty bad experiences in the past, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mullins was absolutely amazing.
