I wish I had listened to the other reviewer on here. Even though there is new management under Robert, it is still just as bad. He never answers calls and will purposefully ignore you. I wasted so much time and money trying to meet up with him and trying to get moved in, but it never happened. If he's this bad just at getting back to someone I can't imagine how bad he must be at managing and maintaining the actual building.
I have wasted my time trying to view this apartment. The landlord's name is Steve. First of all, I am an out of town apartment shopper looking to move to the area. I was in town last weekend and called this apartment with the number provided. A guy unprofessionally answered the phone with a simple "hello." I told him I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment.
