I currently live here. Been here for 6 months or so about a month and a half ago a sweet elderly lady with dementia was let outside and she passed away. I made a lot of post regarding the fact that this full could have been prevented and was not. Other residents let nurses on shift know that she was taking off and they didn't do anything but that's just one of the huge issues here. They cutt staff hours drastically so myself with few others had to start doing our own wound care because nurses are passing meds to they barley ... read more
when my sister first got here in March the old staff was awesome,. They kept us informed of all her progress, answered any questions/concerns we had. We were able to see her progress of her physical therapy each day and the therapist kept us informed of every exercise and progress she made. The social caseworker was always available to help us navigate the financial programs and any information needed. The administrator was out in the floor always asked if we had any concerns, etc. He knew our sister by name and visited with... read more
This place should be shut down, I have heard so many horror stories I will never send a family member or friend there for care. The state needs to do something about this place.
Volare Health owns this facility, Green Valley, Hillside Heights, and more! This place stinks so bad... like UTIs and neglect.
