After going to another pediatric dentist and not being happy with their proposed treatment plan. I was referred here. I could not be happier! Dr. Daniel gave us various treatment plans, and was thorough in his explanation of not only what was occuring but what options we had. He was respectful of my son, and respectful in asking our family's preference regarding Fluoride. Nothing felt pushed or forced, and zero guilt. IF YOUR A PARENT WITH A CHILD WITH AUTISM PLEASE READ. My 4 year old is non verbal, has texture issues and is extremely anxious going anywhere new. When you first walk into this office your immediately greeted, then look to the left and they have an indoor playhouse and cinema! I brought my 18 month old here last month for his first check up. I was more nervous than he was. The only downfall was waiting 25 min to be called back which is tricky when you arrive 5-10 minutes early with a young kid who doesn’t understand we have to wait :/ hoping next time there isn’t as long of a wait but couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Dr Bart. He was friendly and was so gentle with my little one trying to make him feel comfortable.
Dr. Bart and his team are truly exceptional. We’ve been patients here for nearly five years and have consistently had outstanding experiences. The staff is always warm and welcoming—especially with the kids—and the office is full of fun distractions to keep them entertained. Most importantly, Dr. Bart has done an excellent job caring for my children’s teeth. When my son had a traumatic fall and was in serious pain, Dr. Bart even came in after hours to remove the tooth. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.
Dr. Matthew Jacobsen Is great with kids he’s very patient. He’s very Thorough all the staff at South Hills pediatric dentistry are kind, caring and always willing to help with any issues have nothing but good experience with them. Would recommend if you have a child that doesn’t really like going to the dentist they are really great with the kids.
