Purchased a camper from South Hill last week. Sales team were nice, not pressuring and let us look around. Financing was quick and they worked on the price with us. That’s what earned the 2 stars, also where the good ends. Within 24 hours of owning the camper we discovered the furnace was not working. I tried to diagnose and fix prior to contacting the dealership to save time. Friendly helpful place.
South Hill RV is a great place to get your new or used RV! The selection is extensive from camper tent trailers to the "house on wheels" 5th wheelers! They carry both new & pre-owned in their inventory. The service from beginning to end was a pleasure! They helped us find the right unit to best meet our needs & fit our budget! I highly recommend South Hill RV for all you RV & camper needs!
This place was super polite and helpful. I called them in need of a battery for my mother, since I'm from the other side of the state they helped me pay over the phone and had the battery waiting for my mom when she got there.
