The Tatum’s always go above and beyond with their customer service and are a huge part of the RV community. They always have each customers best interest, AND they just recently made a Facebook group to share RV tips and tricks which I think is so awesome and helpful!

I moved to Yelm 2019 left there in July 2022 While living there i went to yelm RV and found a trailer i fell in love with, i haven't stopped looking for it since ( I did sign the book) I took pics name everything but when i got a new cell the guy at t mobile accidentally deleted all of my pictures included my backup ones.I have yet to buy a trailer because I am so adamant about finding the one I even went back to washington for a visit.Two years ago and could not find the trailer.The lady that worked there was so sweet.She h... read more
Very friendly staff.
BIYERS BEWARE! We came out and bought a trailer as is, the listing said the trailer was solid and usable… We expected a few minor problems (as the ad stated) we even fixed the water leaks and got a new hose attached to the holding tank. However, we did not expect that the whole roof was rotten. When we called to try to get them to make it right to even put our purchase price towards a different trailer on there a lot we were told we had to figure it out ourselves and that we could just list it on marketplace and screw somebo... read more
