unacceptable ,rude customer service from the owner as it were. two customers with in 3 days of each having their Pomeranian dogs services done wrong. each wanting an inch of hair cut off and both dogs get shaved down to their skin. where was the communication to the customers first that the groomer would not be able to perform the said hair cut service without shaving each dog. and then charging for something both customers did not ask for or expect when they came to pick up their dog. poor service and poor response to custo... read more
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A POMERANIAN. I asked to take an inch off, and my dog has less than an inch left of fur. I'm so sad, and I'm just hoping it can grow back. Worst experience.
Worst costumer service I've ever encountered. Pomeranians are not meant to have hair down to their skin and that's exactly what she gave my Pom after asking her to only take out an inch. She did nothing to resolve the issue. I don't recommend anyone to bring their dogs unless u want your to be naked!!!!!!
BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDD DONT GO HERE EVER UNLESS U WANT UR DOG TO BE NAKED!!!!!!!! MY DOG WE ASKED FOR AN INCH AND THEY SHAVED HIM ALL OFF, MAKING AN EXUSE THAT HE WAS MATTED WHEN HE WAS NEVER EVER MATTED!!!!
