This office is very friendly and professional and will go above and beyond to accomodate you. Would recommend
I went in for a routine dental cleaning and was shocked when I received a bill that was three times what I expected. Without informing me beforehand, they went ahead with X-rays and polishing—both of which came with extra charges that were never disclosed. At no point was I asked for consent or given a breakdown of the costs. This lack of transparency and communication is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I suggest others ask for a full price estimate before agreeing to anything here.
Dr Chan gave us an excellent consultation today for our children that we greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about orthodontic needs and best interventions for us to try to figure out the source of our issue. He also was very knowledgeable about sleep apnea and interventions to try for us adults as well. The office was beautifully renovated and very clean and all the staff were lovely ! Thank you for your time today Dr Chan we greatly appreciated it !
Been going to South Hill for over 5 years now, and always have a great experience. They are accommodating, thorough, and friendly. I’ve my family now also goes to south hill. Highly recommend.
Starts with Mel, she made us feel welcomed with the rest of the staff. Brought my kids and wife for our first appointments. Very accommodating with scheduling us all in. Dr.Chen was great with my kids. Overall great first experience. This is the place to go for a great dental team.
