I am super happy with this dentist office. My elderly father had an emergency with a broken tooth and they got him in ASAP. They were able to make him comfortable and schedule for an extraction. My dad has memory issues and they were very kind, compassionate, and patient with him. Even having to deal with the different Pharmacy for the facility he lives at. Kudos to Dr. Faruqi and her staff for Taking such good care of my father. Super pleased. Thank you!
I really like this dentist office. I’m generally pretty afraid of going to the dentist, and I always have been. I had gone a long stretch of time without visiting one, but once I finally made an appointment with them, they were so wonderful. I let them know I was nervous and they totally reassured me and made sure I had an easy, comfortable visit. Since that first appointment, every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been treated so well and they have always been just the most friendly people. Haven’t had a single bad experience here.
Let’s start by saying I have ZERO complaints. In fact I was treated like a very important person. Dentists get a bad wrap for messing with things so close to our minds. They made my experience with getting dentures an easy and actually happy transition. Constant support, very very happy staff, funny and extremely welcoming at all times. I would recommend to anyone scared to get teeth worked on to go a visit SOUTH HILL DENTAL!! Jill was wonderful today, I usually am very fearful of the dentist, and anything tooth related, this location made this stress free and painless. The doctor was straight forward without inducing fear and kept the stress level away. Marci up front was helpful and went the extra mile to ensure my next steps for care were met! Would recommend South Hill Dental location 🤩🤩
Needed an emergency root canal while on vacation. They fit us in quickly and gave us options for treatment. All pricing was given up front and the doctors were very helpful.
