I had an appointment today at 2 o’clock. the doors were locked. I called the front desk. She immediately put me on hold. I’m so sorry that was your experience! We do have signs up to call since we are providing curb side service for the safety of our staff and guests. Unfortunately she was tied by an old fashioned corded phone system on multiple lines when you pulled in, which is why she acknowledged you and As soon as she or the other person there got off the phone they would have been right with you. We are glad to hear you got taken care of. They are also a great shop.

It took them 3 months to get it done. I have rust inside my car plus my review mirror had water damage. My trim started to fall off 2 weeks later. I will not recommend them.

Ms. Dahlen, I am trying to locate the repair order for your vehicle so I can try to help, but I am not finding a repair order under your last name. Is th repair possibly under a diffferent name?
I have taken a few vehicles here and each time I've been blown away with the treatment. I mean it does not get any easier than this. Avoid the hassle take your car here and you will see what I'm talking about. I went to multiple collision centers and each one was a ripoff these guys have the customers best interest. 5/5 will return and send referrals.
