I have lived her since it opened in 2017. We have had, some where around 6 office management changes in that time. Each team different and a little more unorganized and unprofessional. Not only did they falsely claim I had an unauthorized dog in my home, with documentation from move in showing otherwise, they put a PATIO NOTICE on my door 2 days later saying GRILLS we're allowed, unless it's ELECTRIC. Recently spoke with Assistant Community Director Lori Door who's been pretty much handling our office single-handedly for quite a while now. When Ms. Lori was able to carve out some free minutes to talk about my household changes, she was very attentive, well-informed and personable. (I've been here 3 years as of June 1, 2025.
