I honestly don't even know where to begin. I wanted this apartment to be my safe place, but it has become anything but that. The noise in this complex is constant. Quiet hours are rarely, if ever, enforced. Children are outside screaming and playing late into the night with little to no supervision, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. I have lived here for 7 years now and it seems to only have gotten worse, management constantly changes in the office so it’s beyond hard to get ahold of anyone, never answers phones and everytime I go to pay rent it’s closed for some reason.. if you put a maintenance request in it seems to take months to get anything fixed in the apt. The trash areas are constantly full and garbage is everywhere. I have lived in this apartment community for over 9 years, so I’ve seen how much it has changed over time. Unfortunately, the experience has continued to get worse instead of better. The pool is one of the biggest reasons I chose to live here, but it’s been a huge disappointment. Although the posted information says the pool should be open on weekends, it is never open on Saturdays or Sundays. I am changing my review to a 1 star because after spending these past 4 years here , I can tell you it has gone so far down hill. It seems like the majority of people that choose to live here are highly inconsiderate of others and have entitled mindsets around the common shared areas. Kids of ALL ages ( regularly see 2-4 year olds ) are outside at ALL hours being loud and unsupervised .
