The renovations are amazing. Forced air, thick walls, helpful maintenance staff. I love this place. Yea it’s 1300 a month but honestly for a three bedroom and three people. This is amazingly affordable. I love that we have two bus routes and four pickup locations going north and south of spokane within under a half mile radius. Two groceries stores within under a mile. The heating is gas. Which is cheap!!! My utility bill this winter so far is $63.77. Yea so this place is amazing.
Bought the apartments I live in and raised rent by 45% with a 30 notice to pay or leave.
They bought the building and admitted they raised rents so the tenants would pay for it and also the renovations so when they force out the old tenants they charge new ones even more. Profit isn't worth displacing so many and giving up morality.
