My family has had a wonderful experience with South High Senior Assisted Living. The staff truly cares for the residents as if they were members of their own family. You can tell that everything they do is focused on the residents and their well-being, not just running a business. My dad genuinely enjoys his time there and has built great relationships. The shortage of staff, hinders the care received. I am Not impressed.
Now that my dad has died. Some staff that was there was great. They didn't try to sneak his meds in pudding or drink. He pushed a nurse older nurse. Got sent out was gone for over a month then told us he couldn't come back. Stole over 10,000 bucks from us since he lived there not even a month Move in fees. First month first week paid. Sent another check he was already out. They could have been honest but nope . Lied Do as you wish. Beware they don't know how to handle dementia patients. I am so grateful for South High Senior Living. My mom moved here 8 months ago. She moved here from Kentucky.The decision to move to assisted living was sudden and we have had to navigate a lot of life changes and the staff at South High have made this pleasurable for both of us. The captain of a ship is very important because everything trickles down from the top. Executive Director Marshall truly cares. He is a great human and empathetic listener. I have so much respect for him. Resident Care Director Stephanie jumps through hoops for me. She even drove to our rehab for an evaluation after completing an all night shift. Always pleasant.
