I moved to the South Hiawassee Village in 2007 to take care of my parents little did I know I would be living with them for 15 years taking care of them. I never never had a problem with this community, when my parents finally left the world to go to heaven I was hoping to stay there living but because I wasn't 62 I had to move out. My Mother and sister in law used to live there...When Sharma was the Manager...It's an amazing community por low income/handicap people. One or two Bedrooms Apartment homes...All first floor..The new Manager is Amazing.. Fully recommended

I have been here now at South Hiawassee Villages now for 7 years been through 2 Leasing Managers here comes along Ellisa (Lisa,) Taylor our most very clean, prominent, precious, joyous, fun loving, sit back and watch the movie with popcorn, serious, hardworking, caring, daring, protective, detective (she'll get to bottom of things if anyone or anything is out of order), most of all sensitive to how we all live in our homes and on the grounds: property. South Hiawassee Village, is a wonderful place to live for seniors. The manager Lisa is always accessible and is extremely attentive to any concerns that may arise. The community is kept clean, and maintenance is quick to respond to any questions or needs that require his attention.
