Contacted them shortly before closing on a Friday night. We were in process of getting my father in law's house ready for him to come home on hospice. AC wasn't working and we were worried about heat and humidity in his final days. South arrived within 30 minutes.. He happened to be near the area...he spent an hour or so fixing a broken part and recharging the unit. We were extremely impressed by his quickness to respond and his professionalism! Highly recommend!
I just wish I could this give business a negative star. Very unprofessional. They serviced an oil furnace, a week later a leak arose that wasn't previously there. I called and emailed to see if they would stop out to rectify the matter....no response. I'm fairly certain they went as far to block my number so I would stop calling. 0/5 would not recommend, hopefully this poor business practice will lead to their demise. Frustrated.
At FIRST I was impressed with South HOWEVER, After $1000 over 3 months and a replaced part....... I HAVE NO HEAT They do not return my call. Looks like they may scam senior citizens. BEWARE I'm so disappointed in these people.
This place is a joke. Charged a fortune for a job that didn’t fully fix the problem. Then wouldn’t return my calls. Once he did he wanted paid again to “fix” the issue again. No one way. Far more honest and reliable companies out there.
We were without heat for 24 hours and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called South and they had David there within an hour and he got right to work. We had a blown fuse which he fixed quickly! He was so courteous while he was there and very professional! He replaced the fuse and checked the rest of the furnace to make sure there were no other problems and got the furnace up and running again!
