I've been waiting to get clearance for a procedure from another office for three weeks now. I'm waiting patiently and hoping nothing happens before it's approved.
Had an apt at 120 which I was asked to be there early to check in it’s now 351 and I am barely being taken to the back where I will probably wait for another hour before someone actually comes and sees me . Absolutely absurd !!
These people lack an immense amount of compassion. Ironic for a heart clinic to have no heart!! The wait is insanely STUPID. You’d think for as many drs as there are that it would be much faster. My mom had an appt at 11:45am. She was not taken in for vitals until almost 1pm! And by the time she was seen and out the door, 2pm! We even showed up well before appt time. It’s very disappointing.
