It’s extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. When someone finally answers, they usually transfer you to another extension where no one picks up. They recently called to offer an earlier appointment, but when I returned the call, I couldn’t reach anyone after multiple attempts. It’s very frustrating and feels like either the phone system isn’t functioning properly or the office is seriously understaffed. I truly dread having to call this clinic because getting help or answers is almost impossible.
South Heart clinic in Weslaco is a new addition to the practice. Very aesthetically designed. Dr. James Stone is an excellent physician, he demonstrates genuine care for his patients. He is very thorough and explains everything so the patient can understand. Highly recommend this doctor.
Appointments are kept pretty tight. 2 hrs visits so not too bad.
