Nice and clean environment.
After the nightmare two to four hour wait times at ALL DHR medical facilities in Edinburgh, It's insane just arrive, see a doctor and leave in under an hour! Better doctors too!
It is both disappointing and frustrating that my mother has called the office a total of six times over the past two days and none of her messages have been returned. She has also attempted to contact the answering service in the evenings, but the individuals answering have been very rude. They repeatedly interrupt her and place her on hold while she is trying to explain her situation.
