I dropped in to South Hall CrossFit while visiting my daughter and had a great time! Erica is an experienced, professional coach and it's obvious that this gym is well run. I especially liked how well they accepted all fitness levels and made everyone feel at home, including an old guy like me. Great gym!

I love South Hall! I’ve been going there for about a year now and it’s really wonderful. Amazing coaches and great programming for all levels of fitness. Can’t recommend it enough!
3/17/25 UPDATE! My "drop in" almost 3 years ago turned into full time membership! Can't say enough great things about SHCF. The coaches are all top notch! Come check us out! ... I was a drop in today. Everyone was friendly and the coaches were very engaged.
It took months for me to build up enough courage to try crossfit. I’m just so glad I chose South Hall Crossfit. I was so nervous walking in but everyone made me feel so welcome. I have some hip problems and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to handle the workouts but the coaches are always able to scale the workouts for me when needed. I have been a member for 8 months and I am getting stronger and feeling great!
