I dropped in to South Hall CrossFit for 3 days while I was in the area for vacation. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely go back next time I’m here. Both coaches, Stephanie and Starla, made sure I felt welcome and kept an eye on me during class. The members were really kind as well. Got 3 great workouts in and I’m kind of sad I’m going home!
Solid Gym. Dropped in while Visiting from MN and immediately welcomed like I was at home. Good coaching, full class (at 5:30am at least). Space is clean and plenty of quality equipment. Thoughtful warmup, progression into movement patterns without weight, then into weighted movement patterns, then into the workout itself. Good class, great people. Definitely will drop in here whenever I’m in town.
Definitely check this place out if you're in the area and looking to get a great workout in! Both the coaching and programming are excellent and the regulars are kind & friendly!
Highly recommend. This Crossfit gym does a fantastic job. Great vibes, great people, great coaches.
