Starla was extremely helpful and kind, but I felt like the owner was more interested in money than anything I had to say. After explaining that I had 3+ years of Crossfit experience, 4 years of formal lifting experience as a collegiate athlete, and a degree in Exercise Science, I was still asked to take a Crossfit foundations class ($70 for one day just to prove I know the movements). This gym is awesome for helping you achieve your goals. And every single coach is so darn friendly and helpful. Love this place.
Dropped in twice while visiting family. Coaches and members very welcoming and class well run. Will return again when in the area.
