If you need someone to check your vitals once a year or fill an RX you've been on long term, it's fine. You'll just have to sit through them reading off a screen of questions. AVOID if you have any actual health issues. They will dismiss, downplay, or simply not follow up on concerning results. I don't want to get into details that are identifying, but I will say this is not a one time, one person, or one provider issue at this office. (Current patient, actively searching for a new provider elsewhere!)

Wow, I guess I should have looked up the reviews for the office as a whole, not just the provider before booking an appointment. This Morning, I called to notify the office of a car accident that would delay my 9:10am appointment arrival by 15 minutes. I was told, by Baystate Customer Service at 8:57am, that was not an issue as I would still be seen as my arrival time of 9:25am would fall within the allotted grace period.
