The quality of construction is mediocre at best. The house was not even painted, it is just a cheap primer when we went to wipe something off the wall the paint removed in multiple areas. We had people over for Christmas and this is embarrassing on a brand new home. Multiple areas in the bathroom were left with paint from the wall on the sink and spots on the ceiling. They use the cheapest appliances and fixtures for bathroom and rooms. We asked about being able to upgrade certain area and this was not allowed. I feel like a... read more
