The quality of construction is mediocre at best. The house was not even painted, it is just a cheap primer when we went to wipe something off the wall the paint removed in multiple areas. We had people over for Christmas and this is embarrassing on a brand new home. Multiple areas in the bathroom were left with paint from the wall on the sink and spots on the ceiling.
