Rodriguo is very attentive & a caring manager. The rental process went smoothly & the apartment was very clean when we arrived. We had a minor issue which was quickly resolved. We were grateful for the quick response & quick resolution. The apartment building is well maintained & located in a very nice, quiet & safe Vancouver neighborhood.
