I enjoyed my visit to this dr. The service was excellent as well as staff.
Everyone in the office is super nice, but I’ve called 10 times over the past week alone and can’t ever get anyone on the phone. Leaving a voicemail is no biggie, but not everyone has a schedule that affords them time to sit around waiting for a call back.
It was my first eye exam and everyone there were very nice, explaining everything being done during the exam process.
I arrived at Dr Hill’s 15 minutes before closing time very distressed with my eye condition. Though Dr Hill and her staff were still seeing patients she kindly agreed to see me with the help of her receptionist and Valerie. Dr Hill took the time to listen , examine my eyes and diagnose my condition even though it took until 6:00 pm. I am grateful to her for her for extending her already long day and kindly helping me to resolve my eye issue
