RecommendedFirst time going into this doctors office. I really enjoyed my surroundings and I was in and out. My wait time was no longer than 10 minutes. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Leighla also helped me pick out the perfect Versace eye glasses!

I called the office in Douglas, Ga. I was calling to schedule an eye exam for my husband, I informed the lady on the phone that we did not have insurance and asked about the cost of the visit. She proceeded to give me a price and I asked if there was a fitting fee when she started having a conversation with someone else. I waited for her to finish and then she put me on hold. I waited for about 10 minutes before I decided to just call back. I got a different lady on the phone who had the same attitude as the first...as if I ... read more

Called to make an appointment new patient did not even ask my name, but instead my insurance company. Tried to explain that I needed my eyes checked not my insurance company. Guess they don’t take individual payment duh poor way to acclimate a new patient
