Drove on the freeway with one of their trailers with no more than 700 lbs in the trailer just to have a wheel fly off and the trailer belly out, causing all kinds of damage! I was driving from FL to MT, and every time we stopped for gas, we would check the wheels, fill our gas, and then keep driving. called the manufacturer, they yelled at me, told me the trailer was overweight, my warranty is now void, and this is now my problem. is this how you do business? disgusting and unprofessional.
Bought an 8.5x20 V-Nose used. The skin on the side door just blew apart. I tried their website but all you get is a form to contact to buy a new trailer. Finally found their phone number here on Google Maps. No answer and the mailbox is full so could not even leave a message. My inquiry from a week ago was never answered. BAD BUSINESS! Wish I could give ZERO stars!
