Above expected service. I went to SGA from Melbourne to see what stock Wally (and Scott) had in stock. My daughter who lives in Belmont, desperately need a car because hers had clapped it & wasn't repairable, and she had a 3 month old baby, so needed something to get her around. We had a fantastic experience with Scott. Firstly the cars he offers are in excellent condition and Scott went out of his way to assist us in getting our car quickly and with any issues resolved - he also managed our expectations. I would highly recommend this business.
Having had some bad experiences with car yards over the years, I had faith in Scott from all the positive reviews he has received and even from the negative one recently and everything Scott did to try to resolve the issues that particular individual had. This gave me some confidence that if I did have any issues, Scott would try to help. How right I was! Had to buy a little runabout as a second car as mine got written off.
