This was my first visit to this dealership, and I enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff seemed happy and were all small town friendly. This is a smaller dealership in a rural community, and I really appreciated the vibe they generate. Not like a big city dealership - a bit more laid back. I recently purchased a used 2022 Kia Telluride Nightsky from South Fort Chevrolet and had it delivered to Calgary. Overall, the sales process with Ashton was smooth and fair with good communication. Despite undergoing their 176 point inspection, I had a pre-purchase inspection flagged an oil leak and recommended replacing as the shocks as they found sweating. Went to go look at a truck from a man named Tyler told me 15 min prior to are appointment that there is a pending deal on the truck but we can still come look at it so we showed up 15 min early he was not there waited until are appointment and he still didn’t show up so we left and it wasn’t until half hour later that he finally texted me these guys clearly don’t value your time so don’t waste yours
