Dealership utilizes free oil changes for life program to push sales of vehicles. If you decide to do your own maintenance after warranty expires they will cancel the oil change program on you that was intended to be life of vehicle. Unwilling to produce documents that clearly state this is a requirement of the program when asked. Verbal contract at time of the sale did not clearly lay out any requirements of any kind. So Saturday May 30 2026, I stopped in to look at a Jag F Pace they currently have and to possibly trade my 19 Audi Q8 for. Josh, the financial manager took my key to "inspect" my Q8. Returns within 2 minutes and says my engine is making bad noises and is possibly blown! He then proceeded to offer me low 20k's for my suv and wanted full price for his unit. I took my keys and left.
