BEWARE: these folks have shut down their business and my equipment sat outside in the rain for over 3 months. Finally, after several chats with So. Forsyth Sheriff, they were able to get my equipment back but in much worse shape.
Left my lawn mower in November,2025. I personally called and left more than 10 messages for this place and have no heard anything back. I am contacting the better business bureau. I would Avoid at all costs.
Is house business and the guy doesn't answer the phone .plus he say to come until 5 pm but he disappears.
They asked me to wait two weeks as they were extremely busy to look at my riding lawnmower. I was fine with that and waited three weeks and decided to call them back. Very disappointed to hear that they said they’re not taking any riding lawnmowers any longer.. Just wasted three weeks waiting for this company and they had my number and I was on a waiting list. Just seems like they could’ve called and told me that instead of wasting three weeks waiting for them.
A nice, small family business. My riding mower stopped starting… it was clearly an engine issue. Roger quickly diagnosed potential issues, communicated clearly and was transparent on pricing. He was timely with the service and was able to fix the problem. Mower back to as good as new.
