They asked me to wait two weeks as they were extremely busy to look at my riding lawnmower. I was fine with that and waited three weeks and decided to call them back. Very disappointed to hear that they said they’re not taking any riding lawnmowers any longer.. Just wasted three weeks waiting for this company and they had my number and I was on a waiting list. Just seems like they could’ve called and told me that instead of wasting three weeks waiting for them.
A nice, small family business. My riding mower stopped starting… it was clearly an engine issue. Roger quickly diagnosed potential issues, communicated clearly and was transparent on pricing. He was timely with the service and was able to fix the problem. Mower back to as good as new.
These are good folks and did what they said. I got my mower back in 2 weeks, fixed the self-propelled belt, gave it a good over all check up and maintenance. I would recommend them to you or my own family.
This is an update since this so called mechanic stood by his opinion that the carburetor in my leaf blower needed replacement due to corrosion. The carburetor was removed and disassembled and you will note from the photos that there is a total absence of corrosion. Had I followed this guy’s advice, I would have paid an additional $150 to replace a perfectly pristine carburetor. The gaul of this guy to refuse a 50 % refund is unconscionable. I would provide less than 1 star if possible. My leaf blower was bogging down on high speed and a tune up was performed for $150. At the time of pick up I was informed that the carburetor was corroded and might need replacement for another $150. A text indicated the same. I used the blower for 30 minutes before it began bogging down again and now it will not start. I requested a 50% refund and this reasonable request was refused. Use this company at your own risk!
