My father have been attempting to have cataract surgery by this location for the past few months. Surgery have been getting canceled several time due to lack if communication by Jaiunna Smith the Surgical Coordinator and our last interaction with her she stated it is not her responsibility to ensure that the techs in the office that she works in sends rx for surgery that she coordinated.
