Got a 2013 Hino 268 truck with them, the experience of customer service and the truck itself has been amazing! I appreciate and thank God they recommend me this truck that hasn’t present any problems. I will definitely come back whenever i need another one or to upgrade! Lamentablemente no me fue bien intentando comprar un camion en esta empresa. No me dijeron desde un comienzo que el deposito no es reembolsable, osea que si no puedo comprar el camion por cuestiones de la financiadora y costos de los seguros que piden, pues pierdo el dinero que les di. Pregunten todo antes de darles cualquier suma de dinero , para que no les pase lo que me paso a mi.
En octubre 2023 compramos un vehículo Hino 2018 con 120mil millas. Nuestra experiencia con South Florida no fue la mejor. El vehículo de termoking dejó de funcionar al día siguiente y ya teníamos carga refrigerada en la unidad porque íbamos de Miami a Chichago. Toda la mercancía se daño debido al mal funcionamiento del termoking y no fue reconocido por la compañía.
